Reimagine Clinton Drive Corridor Study

The Corridor Study to Reimagine Clinton Drive from 320 feet West of Galena Manor to Crown Street is a part of Harris County Precinct 2’s broader Revive2Thrive approach to investing in infrastructure, improving quality of life, and helping communities become more resilient, inclusive, and thriving. The initiative is managed by the Harris County Engineering Department (HCED), in partnership with Cobb, Fendley & Associates serving as the prime consultant. The approximately 1.7-mile study corridor extends along Clinton Drive from 320 feet west of Galena Manor to Crown Street in the Galena Park Community.

The study will focus on understanding current corridor conditions, identifying safety and mobility needs, and developing opportunities for future improvements that reflect the needs of residents, businesses, freight users, pedestrians, transit riders, and others who rely on Clinton Drive. Consistent with Harris County’s Vision Zero goals, the project will emphasize safe, comfortable, and equitable mobility for all corridor users.
